following information:

waiting list for elective Endometriosis laparoscopic investigation.
o
I would expect a response in the form of the exact questions a specialist would be

along with the weighting of each question/ criteria.
2. Please provide the range of possible scores used for prioritisation for the above procedure.
3. Please provide CMDHB’s current threshold scores for the above procedure, this may include,
but is not limited to scores that would represent no help offered, medium and high priorities.
4. Please provide the scores mentioned in (3) for the previous two years (from today’s date),
assuming they have changed over this period.
5. Please provide information as to how a patient would be informed about their current
waiting/ priority status, both initial y after first assessment and also during the course of
waiting for treatment.
The CM Health Women’s Health service is currently working to collate the information you have
requested. The OIA requires that we advise you of our decision/ response within 20 working days,
being 08 May 2019.
Unfortunately, several key clinical staff members required in preparation of the response data are

current industrial action. Consequently, we will require additional time to provide a finalised
response.
We are therefore writing to notify you of an extension of the time to provide our response. Under
