Contractors and Consultants OIA
1. What are the staffing classifications for financial reporting e.g. contractors, professional services, temporary and ful  time staff.
For financial reporting purposes the fol owing categories exist which represent HUD’s workforce:
 Employees - permanent and fixed term employees.
 Contractors  - including temporary staff. HUD categorises contractors in accordance with the SSC guidelines. 
HUD engages the services of consultants and professional service firms to provide expertise in specific fields where the relevant skil s and expertise are not readily available within the Ministry. The costs associated with these engagements 
are captured under Professional Services. 
2. I would like a financial breakdown for each category since the establishment of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development on the 1st of October 2018 including: The total amount paid in each category, and the number of 
individuals that applies to.

3. The number of professional firms and how much they have received, including daily rates for individual contracts where that’s applicable.  If the contracts are not on a daily rate I would like the rate as set out in each contract.
