I checked with Wayne and the above memo was handed out at the Mayoral luncheon on Friday.  He said there was a 
quick discussion about what can be done to stop it…. 
 
Could you please email the memo to the Mayor and councillors noting that the it was tabled and discussed at the 
Mayoral luncheon on Friday.
