EXTENSION OF TIME: OFFICIAL INFORMATION ACT 1982 
1.  We refer to your Official Information Act 1982 (OIA) request received by the Financial Markets 
Authority on 26 June 2019 (your Request).  
2.  This  letter  is to  advise  that  it  is  necessary  for  us to consult  with  ZX  Security  Ltd  (ZX  Security) 
before  making  a  decision  on  your  Request.    This  is  because  some  of  the  information  you 
requested was supplied by or could affect ZX Security, if disclosed.  
3.  The OIA requires we advise you of our decision on your Request within 20 working days.  That 
timeframe  can  however  be  extended  if  the  necessary  consultations  cannot  be  completed  in 
time.  In this case, we need to extend the deadline for our response until 16 August 2019.  You 
have the right to complain to the Ombudsman about this extension.  Information about how to
