Thank  you  for  your  email  of  27  August  2019  to  the  Ministry  of  Education  requesting  the 
following information: 
  •  Can you please confirm Reg Korau Teacher at Napier Boys High school who lost his 
driver licence for Drink Driving  -  drove children in  the school vehicles whilst 
disqualified  in February 2014 and August 2014 - in his role  as hostel master - which 
required him to taxi children around during his weekend duties, also as HOD of Maori 
 
Your request has been considered under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act). 
 
As the information you have requested is not held by Ministry of Education but is believed to 
be  held  by  Napier  Boys  High  School,  I  have  transferred  your  request  in  accordance  with 
section 14(b)(i) of the Act.
