Thank you for your request made under the Local Government Official Information and 
Meetings Act 1987 (the Act), received on 26 September 2019. You requested the following 
information: 
 
  A list of land banked properties in Wellington (including vacant lots/un-used or 
vacant buildings). 
  Including the address, size of property, RV, annual rates, name of person/company 
listed on the title, any contact details, and period it has been vacant for. 
 
Wellington City Council (the Council) does not monitor vacant or un-used land and/or 
buildings.  Under section 17(g) of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings 
Act 1987 this part of your request is declined as the information is not held by the local 
authority.
