Hi Pippa
Sarah Ingram and I wil be in Auckland next Tuesday afternoon to meet with various interested parties concerning
the Erebus memorial. If you are free, it would be great to catch up to talk about the board’s requirements for it to
be able to give landowner approval for the memorial. We have of course been working closely with Auckland
Council, particularly David Barker, but it would be useful to hear from you what your expectations are.
We currently have a meeting at 2:00pm but are otherwise free.
Cheers
Brodie

FW: Possible catch up next Tuesday
Hi Pippa
Just wanted to confirm a location for the meeting. Wil it be at your Board office? And wil Shayle be joining us?
Main issues we would like to discuss is to give you an update on progress with the design and a timeline for the
finalisation of the design and approval process. In particular we would like to leave the meeting with a clear
understanding of your expectations around landowner approval (what wil we need to provide to you) and whether
it is you and Shayle who have the mandate to give that approval or whether it needs to go to the whole Board.
Cheers
Brodie
