Hi 9 (2) (a) ,
We are playing telephone tag today! I just tried your mobile.

The meeting next week with Parnel Community Group wil be a general discussion about the memorial and
addressing any questions from them about the path which is their main concern. Brodie wil be explaining how
critical the new path is to the design and also how the impact on the site is being minimised. Representatives from
the Board are welcome to attend to provide some context to the selection of the site, or if you would prefer for
Brodie to cover this on your behalf we are happy to do this.
Thanks,

Hi
9 (2) (a)
I tried giving you a ring this morning to chat about the meeting below but believe you are unavailable at the
moment.
I just wanted to find out a little more information about the purpose of the meeting with the community, is it just to
provide and update & oversight on what is proposed?
Many thanks

Per

In advance, could we please see the latest Plan view for the Memorial. Also, the plan for Way finding signage.
We have had communication from the Local Board late last week on Land Owner consent and I have cc'd them here.
Pippa, it would be good if one of your team can join us.
Thanks,
