Thanks for the update.  Yes I can attend at 3pm (or at short notice on Friday if the time changes) 
 
I’d be grateful if the invite could also be extended to Deputy Chair Shale Chambers as we’re both the board’s reps on 
the design review and he is parks portfolio lead. 
 
If numbers need to be kept to a minimum I’m sure he’l  understand but just thought I’d check

We have just heard that the design wil  now be announced on site by the Prime Minister and Mayor this 
Friday.  Roughly the arrangements are: 
 
  The announcement wil  be at 3.00pm on Friday 
RELEASED UNDER THE OFFICIAL INFORMATION ACT 1982
  MCH wil  liaise with Mayor Goff’s Office about locking down his attendance and wil  organise attendance by: 
o  The two family participants in the Design Selection Panel 
o  Pippa Coom 
o  Ngāti Whatua 
o  Rev Richard Waugh (Chair, Erebus National Memorial advocacy group) 
o  Studio Pacific Architecture 
  MCH wil  organise appropriate artist’s impression 
  MCH wil  draft a media release and a very short (2 mins) speech/announcement for the PM at the site (The 
Dove Myer Robinson Park a.k.a. the Parnel  Rose Garden)
