Please provide all annual reports the Accident Compensation Corporation has produced since its
establishment as a legal entity.
Please provide these reports electronically as a preference. Please note that under s16(2) of the
Official Information Act, my preferred way of receiving a response is by email to the address
from which ACC received the original request, not by post.
ACC Annual Reports not provided
We are not providing you copies of the ACC Annual Reports prior to 2002, and those for 2012 – 2018
inclusive. This decision is made under section 18(d) of the Act, as they are publicly available as follows:
• The Annual Reports prior to 2002 are available through Archives New Zealand. Please refer to
www.archives.govt.nz for information on how to access them.
• The ACC Annual Reports for 2012 – 2018 are available on the ACC website. You can access them
at https://www.acc.co.nz/about-us/corporate/.
Copies of ACC Annual Reports provided
Copies of the ACC Annual Reports for 2002 – 2011 have been uploaded to the FYI website. There are
two parts to the reports for 2004, 2005 and 2006.
