Transferring the request you made under the Official Information Act 1982 
 
Thank you for your email of 29 October 2019 requesting the following information under the Official 
Information Act 1982 (the Act): 
 
... NZTA has been work ing with Auckland Transport on a trial of AT Local. I would lik e the 
business case and related documents for the AT Local trial: 
 
1) Final Business Case that was approved to begin the trial (and any subsequent updates); 
2) Regular reporting on targets, who they were provided to and when; 
3) Business Case (or similar document) used to approve the extension of the trial; 
4) Break down of costs and revenue from the programme over it's lifetime. 
 
The information you have requested is more closely connected with the functions of Auckland 
Transport than with the Transport Agency. Therefore, I am transferring your request to Auckland 
Transport under section 14 of the Official Information Act 1982. 
 
The time limit for Auckland Transport response to you is 20 working days from 30 October 2019, you 
can expect a response from the Auckland Transport on or before 27 November 2019.
