OFFICIAL INFORMATION ACT REQUEST OIA-19-88 – PAYBAND AND ORGANISATION CHART DATA 
I refer to your official information request dated 20 November for salary band information and organisational 
charts. The information requested is provided below. You requested: 
1)  Please provide all your salary band and its associated number range 
The salary band values vary depending on the year and whether the individual is employed as an 
academic member of staff or a general member of staff and their specific role. The details are provided in 
the respective col ective agreements, which can be found on our website.  
2019 salary bands can be found here at page 14 and general staff here from page 18 onwards. 
2)  The organisation chart for the International Student department, and the organisation chart for any office 
based in China.   
Please see attached organisation chart for the International Relationships Office. Although some UC staff 
operate out of China, there is no specific organisation chart or China office. However, staff working out of
