I  refer  to  your  Official  Information  request  which  was  transferred  to  the  State  Services 
Commission from the Ministry of Social Development on 9 December 2019 for: 
"I request the following information under the official information act  1982: 
1. When was the Social  Wellbeing Board created?
2. Who is a member of the Social  Wellbeing Board?
3. Who chairs the Social Wellbeing Board?  When were they appointed?
4. What is the purpose of the Social  Wellbeing Board?
5. A copy of the agenda and papers for the most recent three meetings of the
Social  Wellbeing Board."
The  Official  Information  Act  1982  requires  that  we  advise  you  of  our  decision  on  your 
request  no  later  than  20  working  days  after  the  day  that  we  received  your  request. 
Unfortunately, it will not be possible to meet that time limit and we are, therefore,  writing to 
notify you of an extension of the time to make our decision, to  11 February 2020. 
This  extension  is  necessary  because  consultations  needed  to  make  a  decision  on your 
request are such that a proper response cannot reasonably be made within the original time 
limit.
