Cleaning Contracts – Committee for Auckland / NZ Council for Infrastructure 
I refer to your email, which we received on 7 October 2013, requesting information about 
ceaning contracts in relation to Committee for Auckland / NZ Council for Infrastructure 
Under section 14 of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987, 
(LGOIMA) Auckland Council is extending the time limit for responding to your request.  We 
will reply to your request by 25 November 2013. 
The reason for this extension is: 
  The request is for a large quantity of official information or necessitates a search 
through a large quantity of information and meeting the original time limit would 
unreasonably interfere with the operations of the local authority. 
You have the right in accordance with section 27(3) of the LGOIMA to make a complaint to 
the Office of the Ombudsmen about this extension.
