I refer to your request dated 18 February 2020, pursuant to the Official Information Act 1982
(the Act), seeking the following information:
I am writing to request copies of all official briefings, memos, or advice
provided and received by MoT regarding the provision of a "Green Transport
Card" or similar proposals aimed at "reducing the cost of public transport,
prioritising people in low income households and people on a benefit".
For context, this policy goal is outlined in 2(a) of the Confidence and Supply
Agreement between NZ Labour and the Green Party.

opinion that there are no countervailing considerations that make it desirable, in the public
