We refer to your official information request dated 12 March 2020 for information regarding
Fraser Park Sportsville.
Please note that the Fraser Park Sportsville (FPS) Charitable Trust is its own entity governed
by a Board and therefore not subject to LGOIMA. As such we are responding to the aspects of
your request for information held by HCC.
The information you have requested is attached in the form of the Contract for Services
between FPS and HCC. We have decided to withhold some information under Section
7(2)(b)(ii) of the LGOIMA because it would be likely unreasonably to prejudice the commercial
position of the person who supplied or who is the subject of the information.

the agreements and transactions between FPS and/or the Community Facilities Trust
(CRT), and the founding sportsclub members i.e Avalon Rugby ClubWellington Region
Hockey Stadium Trust, Hutt Valley Softball Association, Hutt City Squash, Hutt Valley
Dodgers, Naenae Hockey Club, Taita Cricket and Lower Hutt AFC ( incl lease
agreements between the aforementioned and FPS with CFT and Hutt City Council),.
o Please find attached the Contract for Services between FPS and HCC. All
relationships/contracts etc between the sports clubs/trusts/associations (known
as Founding Member Clubs) mentioned above are between FPS and the
Founding Members. There are no direct agreements between HCC or CFT and
the Founding Member Clubs directly.

Centre and Fraser Park Sportsville
