“Please provide copies of all communications, documents, submissions and relevant 
information relating to the C work Ms Halligan is charged with undertaking on behalf 
of the Ministry of Health which has led to production of this Draft Guidance” 
Please be advised that Ms Halligan and the Ministry of Health had no involvement in the 
development of this document. Therefore, your request for this information is refused under 
section 18(e) of the Act, as the information does not exist.
