Thank you for your request for official information, which was received by Capital & Coast District 
Health Board on 8 May 2020. You requested the following information: 
 
“Concerning the Kenepuru Accident & Medical Clinic, at Raiha Street, Porirua… [w]ould you please 
provide the total number of Patient Visits per day from 1st Jan 2020 to 8th May 2020.”

We have provided a table (see the attached Appendix) which gives a daily breakdown of the number of 
presentations to Kenepuru Accident & Medical from 1 January 2020 to 8 May 2020. 
 
You have the right, under section 28 of the OIA, to seek a review or to ask the Ombudsman to review 
the information that has been provided to you.
