Thank you for your email of 21 January 2021 to Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities
via FYI.org.nz. You requested an update to information that Kāinga Ora provided to you in
response to your previous requests made under the Official Information Act 1982 (the
Act).
On 26 January 2021 we contacted you to clarify what information you were requesting, as
you were provided with different information in both September and October 2020.
Since we have not received a response from you, we are unable to consider your request
as it was not made with due particularity as required under section 12(2) of the Act.
However, you are welcome to contact us with a new request that we can consider under
