Time Extension of your Official Information Act request, reference: GOV-006786
Thank you for your request of 10 September 2020, asking for the fol owing information under the Official
Information Act 1982 (the Act):
Please disclose names, via Personal Email, of specialists for each month from March 2018 to date, involved in
Medical Panel Review hearings.
Please disclose the total of cases that were deemed to be related to Concussions/Mild Traumatic Brain Injuries
for respective months
ACC needs extra time
The Act requires that we advise you of our decision on your request no later than 20 working days after the
day we received your request. Unfortunately, it wil not be possible to meet that time limit and we are
therefore writing to notify you of an extension of the time to make our decision, to 30 October.
This extension is necessary because consultations with external medical review specialists necessary to
make a decision on your request are such that a proper response cannot reasonably be made within the
original time limit.
How to contact us
Please contact me o
n [email address] if you would like to talk about this letter. I wil be
