Thank you for your request for information dated 30 October 2020 about performance of projects
and programmes against previous RLTP and the draft 2020 ATAP.
Including but not limited to RLTP 2018, please mark each project line with the current status and
progress. Noting any variations to initial budget

In our letter to you dated 27 November 2020, we advised that we don’t hold a document to provide
the information you have requested, and we could provide a similar monitoring report. However,
further investigation has identified that the monitoring report does not fit within the scope of a
current status report or RLTP 2018 review that you requested. As the information you have
requested does not exist, we are declining your request (questions 2 and 3 of your request) under
section 17(e) of the LGOIMA, as the information you have requested does not exist or cannot be
found.
The draft ATAP (2020) update, and/or documents and communication related to this update
We hold communication relevant to your request, which means we can provide this to you.
However, we have now completed a search of our emails which resulted in 1,210 emails. These
emails will need to be reviewed to complete your request. We estimate that it will take us
approximately 80 hours to go through these emails. Auckland Transport provide 5 hours of time for
free after which we charge $47.50 per half hour. Searches thus far have taken 3 hours.
You may like to consider refining your request by asking for a specific document, narrowing the time
frame or stipulating key words.

Should you wish to proceed with your request, please contact us for payment information by 18
January 2021. In the interim your request will remain on hold and if the information is not provided
within this time the request wil be closed.
Should you believe that we have not responded appropriately to your request, you are able to make
a complaint to the Office of the Ombudsman in accordance with section 27(3) of the LGOIMA and
seek an investigation and review in regard to this matter.
