Re: Fundraising using the council logo 
 
Thank you for your email, which we received on 17 February 2014, requesting information 
about policies relating to fundraising using the council logo. 
 
We are processing your request according to the provisions of the Local Government Official 
Information and Meetings Act 1987. You will receive a response 20 working days after 
receipt of your request, as required by the Act. Please note this is a maximum response time 
and we will endeavour to respond sooner.  
 
You also requested information regarding Waitakere animal welfare funds. As advised 
previously, we refuse your request under section 17(h) of the Act.
