ApiNZ has transferred your request to the Management Agency to respond to. 
We refer to your official information request dated  10 March 2021 for the fol owing 
information regarding consultation on the proposed 2021/22 AFB PMP budget: 
1.  Copies of information that shows the time taken to collect, collate, and consider the 
survey information. 
2.  Provide information showing the total cost of the Consultation Findings Final Report 
2020. 
 
We have considered your request and respond as fol ows: 
Copies of information that shows the time taken to collect, col ate, and consider the 
survey information. 
The Management Agency does not hold records of the Management Agency board and 
staff time taken to collect, collate, and consider the survey information. Accordingly, this 
information is withheld under section 18(e) of the Official Information Act 1982. 
The Management Agency paid an external contractor for 78 hours to analyse and report 
on the submissions. 
Provide information showing the total cost of the Consultation Findings Final Report 
2020.  
The Management Agency does not hold records of the Management Agency staff 
contribution to the final report and is therefore unable to provide information that 
shows the total cost. Accordingly, this information is withheld under section 18(e) of the 
Official Information Act 1982.
