Thank you for your email of 18 February 2021, requesting the fol owing information under the
Official Information Act 1982 (the OIA):

How many Resident Visas approved in the year 2020 to the Retail Managers who are
working in a Super Liquor Franchise Store who applied under Skil ed Migrant Category of
Retail Manager (142111).
I am writing to advise you that the Ministry will provide a response but needs to extend the time
available to answer your request. The Ministry’s response will be with you no later than 2 April 2021.
The reason for the extension relies on section 15A(1)(b) of the OIA – consultations necessary to make
a decision on the request are such that a proper response to the request cannot be made within the
original time limit. We wil respond to your request sooner if we are able.
