May I request the following information in relation to the all OIA requests you have received from 1 
March 2021 to 1 March 2018.  The extract should have the following details in a single row for each 
request that was submitted: 
a)  Received Date 
b)  Title (summary of information asked for)  
c)  Completed Date  
d)  Extension Days 
 
Regarding part d) of your request, we have understood ‘Extension Days’ to refer to the number of 
days between the 20th working day of the request and the date the decision was released.  
 
As advised in our acknowledgement, some of the information you are interested was released in 
another fyi.org.nz request under the Act and is available here: https://fyi.org.nz/request/13281-

The Department’s response therefore comprises data for the period from 9 July 2020 to 31 March 
2021.   We have excluded requests which were withdrawn by the requester prior to response.
