received by Hutt Valley and Capital & Coast District Health Boards (2DHB) on 18 March 2021.
Your request has been received and logged. Due to our two DHBs sharing information, staff, many
services, and a single Chief Executive, you will receive a joint 2DHB response to your request. Please be
assured that separate data sets will apply to each DHB in our joint response.
