Thank you for your correspondence dated 10 May 2021 in relation to Drug & Alcohol
pathology/testing at Central Otago District Council.
Please find the CODC response to the information request below:
1. Does the organisation carry out drug and alcohol testing (among employees or
other persons)?
Central Otago District Council currently does not carry out drug and alcohol testing.
However, if we felt we had concerns we would consider doing so.
All other information requested in this LGOIMA from Question 2 through to 4 is non-applicable
after answering question 1.
