In 2019, the Commission changed its finance system and accessing information for FY2017-
18 requires substantial time which would unreasonably interfere with our operations. For this
reason, we are declining the information you requested for koha payments in FY2017-18.
The Commission does not have a specific account or activity code for
Donations therefore
collating this information would require substantial time which would unreasonably interfere
with our operations. For this reason, we are declining the information you requested on
amount spent on donations.
Events attended by the Race Relations Commissioner
You also requested events attended by the Race Relations Commissioner since he took
office in October 2019.
We are notifying you of an extension of time to provide the information you requested. This
extension is necessary because your request necessitates a search through a large quantity
of information and meeting the original timeline would unreasonably interfere with our
operations.
We are aiming to provide this information to you in batches, the first batch will be provided
by
28 June 2021. We will provide further updates on your request at that time.
