I refer to your official information request dated 9 May 2021 asking for the following information
.
“Under the provisions of the Official Information Act I request the following information
re the Hawkes Bay LAC:
1. The minutes of each meeting of this LAC since it was formed.
2. Any reports and/or recommendations the LAC has made to FENZ.”
In accordance with the provisions of the Official Information Act 1982, I
enclose the following
documents:
1. Minutes of the 2020/21 meetings that were held on 14 September 2020 (Quarter 1), 17
November 2020 (Quarter 2) and 2 February 2021 (Quarter 3) of the Hawke’s Bay Local
Advisory Committee (LAC)
2. Reports to the Fire and Emergency Board from the Hawke's Bay LAC for 2020/21 Quarters
1, 2 and 3, including insights and considerations provided to the Board. The LACs do not
generally make recommendations to the Board.
Please note also that the minutes for Quarters 1 and 2 have now been published on the Fire and
Emergency website, and can be accessed here:

We will continue to make LAC minutes available on this website and I recommend that you check
it for any updates.
