“We also seek clarification as to how much funding, if any, HealthCare NZ Limited 
receives from Hawke's DHB for missed care.” 
 
The Ministry does not hold any information relating to your request; however, I have been 
advised that this information is held by the Hawke’s Bay district health board (HBDHB). For this 
reason, I have decided to transfer part of your request to HBDHB under section 14 of the Act.
