Thank you for your request for information dated 8 June 2021 about the timeline for the 
development and consultation phases of the 2021 Regional Public Transport Plan (RPTP). 
The below slide is the only information available covering the RPTP timeline.  As you can see, we are 
only currently in the scoping phase, so this timing is indicative only and is subject to change. Until 
any new RPTP is adopted, the 2018 RPTP will remain the current public transport plan for Auckland. 
 
Should you believe that we have not responded appropriately to your request, you are able to make 
a complaint to the Office of the Ombudsman in accordance with section 27(3) of the LGOIMA and 
seek an investigation and review in regard to this matter.
