Thank you for your email
of 2 July 2021 requesting the following information under the Official
Information Act 1982 (the Act):
I would like my request to include all correspondence i.e to include internal correspondence
within Waka Kotahi in my request please, as well as any correspondence Waka Kotahi had
with the Police and other government agencies with regarding to the Rally and the closing of
two lanes on Auckland Harbour Bridge from April 1 to June 30.
On 22 July you clarified your request:
As the ‘Liberate the Lane’ event occurred on 30 May 2021, I would like to confirm that I am are
seeking, external, and internal, correspondence in whatever form that takes from the various
agencies noted in my original request so from 1 May 2021 though to 15 June 2021 or relevant
period that captures any correspondence about the Liberate the Lane event, Bike Auckland,
and the Auckland Harbour bridge - I hope this is now clear. I look forward to a speedy
response.
