Dear Linda, 
Thank you for your email of 31 May 2021 requesting under the Official Information Act 1982 
(the OIA), the following information: 
“I would like to request information on whether there is a queue for Partner of 
New Zealander Work Visa's (offshore). If there is one are you able to please 
confirm the date it is currently at and what INZ Office are these applications being 
allocated to” 
Our Response: 
We can confirm that there are 53 offshore Partner of a New Zealander work visa applications 
awaiting allocation as of 15 June 2021.  
These  applications  are  assessed  across  different  Immigration  New  Zealand  (INZ)  offices  and 
there is therefore not one queue. Table 1 below outlines the oldest dated offshore Partner of a 
New Zealander work visa application awaiting allocation at each office.
