Thank you for submitting a grant request to the Lottery Environment and Heritage (LEH)
Committee. The Committee will meet in late October 2016 to consider complete LEH requests.
We have looked at your request and the supporting documentation submitted. For a request to
be complete, all required documentation must be submitted by the closing date of 27 July 2016.

For your application to be complete, we require the following:

Three quotes – three quotes are generally required for items being requested as part of
the funding application. If you are not able to provide three quotes, then please include
an explanation (e.g. project is of a specialist nature and there is a limited number of
suitable providers; rural area with limited local providers etc).

You are welcome to submit any other documentation directly related to the project for which
funding is requested, if you think it will help the Committee understand your project.

Provided that your request is complete at the closing date, your request will be allocated to an
advisor for assessment. The advisor may request additional information or documentation
during assessment.
If not all required documentation has been submitted by the 27th of July 2016, it is very likely
under 
your request will be deemed incomplete and won’t be considered by the Committee at its
distribution meeting.
