Response to your request for official information 
Thank you for your request under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act) 8 June 2021 for: 
“Would you please provide a list containing the date received and the Titles of all 
documentation provide by Pfizer for the Comirnaty vaccine. 
Please note we are NOT requesting the full documents, just the Titles of them as a list.” 
On 11 June 2021, you were contacted by the Ministry of Health (the Ministry) under section 18(B) 
of the Act to refine your request for information.  
On 14 June 2021, you agreed to refine your request to: 
“… documentation received by the Ministry of Health (or other government departments 
such as but not limited to Medsafe) from Pfizer.” 
You also clarified that ‘documentation’ refers to briefings and memos. 
Medsafe has not received any briefings or memos from Pfizer for the Comirnaty vaccine. I am 
also advised that the Strategy, System and Policy Directorate and the COVID-19 Vaccine and 
Immunisation Programme within the Ministry of Health have not received any briefings or memos 
from Pfizer. Therefore, your request is refused under section 18(e) as the information requested 
does not exist.  
Under section 28(3) of the Act you have the right to ask the Ombudsman to review any decisions
