Thank you for your email of 10 June 2021, asking for the following information under the Official
Information Act 1982 (the Act):

please provide links to all ACC advertising on Television since 2012

please provide links to all ACC advertising on Radio since 2012
3.
please provide specific Concussion/Mild Traumatic Brain injury advertising as a separate request
Decision on your request for radio and television advertising since 2012 (questions 1 and 2)
Our decision is to grant your request for all television and radio adverts since 2012. This complies with
the requirement under section 15(1) of the Act to make and give notice of our decision within 20
working days after receiving an official information request.
At this point we are able to provide you with links to some of our television adverts since 2012, which
are provided in the attached Excel file. As you will note from this, you can find many ACC television
adverts on ACC’s YouTube channel, which is a

Remaining information for questions 1 and 2
We are able to provide you with the remaining information on a USB stick; which includes television
adverts that are not available online, as well as our radio advertising since 2012.

email account (not the FYI website). We can either send you the USB to your postal address (which you
would need to provide) or otherwise make it available for collection from an ACC branch.
No ACC-funded adverts about concussions or mild traumatic brain Injuries since 2012
ACC has not commissioned any radio or television advertising since 2012 on the subject of concussion or
mild traumatic brain injury. For this reason, we are refusing this part of your request under section 18(e)
of the Act as the information does not exist.
