RE Official Information Act request CDHB 10638
We refer to your email dated 19 June 2021 to Canterbury District Health Board, requesting the following
information under the Official Information Act.
1. I would like a summary of how many people are in each of the four Covid-19 vaccine rolout groups
in areas administered by the CDHB.
2. Additional y, I would like the same summary provided just for the area of greater Christchurch city.
3. I would also like a weekly breakdown of the number of vaccinations that the CDHB is targeting for
each of these groups. This could be provided as a weekly summary of the number of people the
CDHB is expecting to be vaccinated in each group, from the beginning of the vaccination
programme until the end.

to you as soon as is reasonably practicable.
