I refer to your official information request dated 29 June 2021 asking for “the incident report 
document for the fire, on Tuesday 29 June at around 0017, in Dunedin”. 
 
In accordance with the provisions of the Official Information Act 1982, I enclose the SMS report for 
incident F3273701 – a motor vehicle accident in Dunedin on 28 June 2021 at 23:22:02. Some 
information has been redacted to protect the privacy of individuals identified in the report.
