Official Information Act request relating to East Frame Housing Development 
 
Thank  you  for  your  request  made  under  the  Official  Information  Act  (the  Act),  received  on 
5 July 2021. You requested: 
 
“Can you please provide updated figures on housing to be delevered under the east 
frame housing development in Christchurch central as part of the "anchor project".  
Can you please provide the number of dwellings and expected completion date.” 
 
I believe that the information you have requested is more closely connected with the functions 
of Ōtākaro Limited. Accordingly, I have decided under section 14(b)(ii) of the Act to transfer 
your request to the Otakaro Limited. 
 
Ōtākaro Limited has the usual timeframes under the Act from receipt of this transfer to make 
a decision on your request.
