“I would be most grateful if you could provide a detailed summary of all 
communications with the Medical Council of New Zealand from February 2019-July 
2021 related to any matter affecting Braemar Hospital or Dr Anna Goodwin.” 
 
We  have  checked our  files,  however, we do not hold records of communications with the 
Medical Council in relation to Braemar Hospital or Dr Anna Goodwin.  To the extent that your 
request is for personal information about you, your request is declined under section 53(a) of 
the Privacy Act 2020, as the information requested does not exist.  To the extent that your
