  1.  I would like to request the full board meeting minutes for 2021 of the Whangārei 
Intermediate School, Whangārei, Board of Trustees. 
2.  I would also like to request a copy of Whangārei Intermediate School', Whangārei, 
school charter. 
 
Your request has been considered under the Of icial Information Act 1982 (the Act). 
 
We have made enquiries withing the Ministry and have determined that the information you 
have requested is more closely connected with the functions of the Whangārei Intermediate 
School  Board  of  Trustees.  We  have  therefore  transferred  your  request  to  the  Board  of 
Trustees of Whangārei Intermediate School in accordance with section 14(b)(i ) of the Act. 
 
You  can  therefore  expect  a  response  from  Whangārei  Intermediate  School  Board  directly 
concerning your request.
