Jo Miller, Dave Dews, Jorn Scherzer, and Caryn Ellis met this morning to discuss submissions for
the procurement process of kerbside recycling and refuse collections.
 
Due to the closeness of the two consultants involved being Tonkin Taylor and Morrison Low,
there was a robust discussion between all to ensure we made the right decision as to who would
deliver the requirements in a professional and timely manner.
 
A consensus was agreed that Morrison Low would be the preferred consultant to engage for the
whole procurement process.
