Dear Sophie,
I refer to your Official Information Act 1982 (OIA) request 16 August 2021 for information
regarding your infringement notice.
You requested:
1. When I dispute an infringement notice, who will review the dispute? Please
include everyone who might get involved.
A Police adjudicator will review your infringement notice and respond accordingly.
2. Supposing it is a speeding ticket, will the dispute be referred to the police officer
who pulled me over?
