I refer to your request for information dated 15 October 2021 regarding the Tamaki Drive Cycle Route 
project. 
The budget to date for Tamaki Drive Cycle Route is $25.8M, this includes investigation, design and 
construction costs between Plumber St to Ngapipi Bridge plus the cost for raising the road between 
Outboard Boating Club and Ngapipi Bridge. 
The funding for this project was allocated as 50% Waka Kotahi (NZ Transport Agency) and 50% AT.  
The public consultation period ran from 22 May to 18 June 2017, and we received 644 submissions on this 
proposal. In September 2017 we had a joint public consultation with the Glen Innes Tamaki Drive Shared 
Path and Ngapipi Bridge Widening.

No climate impact assessment was undertaken by AT for this project.  
You can view the detailed design plans on the AT website project page. We have provided copies of the 
construction plans for this project. 
We have provided the plans for the Solent Street/Tamaki Drive intersection.
