COVID19 screening tool DD3360 completed and placed at front of the in-patient clinical 
record 
Swab sent to lab as per CED / clinical guideline / primary team / surveillance  
 (ensure that date swab taken is recorded in the clinical record) 
All areas to record patients awaiting swab result for COVID – 19 on the safety briefing sheet 
CN / CCN / SC to check all outstanding swab results on concerto at 0900 and 1500 every day
