under the Official Information Act 1982 information on the process Kāinga Ora – Homes and 
Communities uses when leasing properties from private providers. 
 
I can confirm that Kāinga Ora has not changed the existing guidelines and process used 
when leasing properties from private providers. Should any changes be made in the future 
these will be signalled to the market at the time.
