Thank you for your request under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act) to the Ministry of 
Health (the Ministry) on 11 October 2021 for: 
“In direct or indirect relation to any purchase, acquisition, option to purchase, or any other 
means of acquiring products or services, 
In direct or indirect relation to any vaccines, inoculations, or any other pharmaceutical 
treatments or interventions intended, used, marketed, or otherwise sought or obtained 
implicitly or explicitly solely or primarily in relation to SARS-Cov-2 and/or Covid-19, 
While I respect that certain elements of any product acquisition may contain commercially 
sensitive material, I believe that it is in the public interest that the following questions be 
answered as completely as possible: 
Are there any conditions, restrictions, limitations, requirements, or any other incentives or 
disincentives relating to the quantity of these products administered, and/or the time-
frames in which they are administered?” 
There are no incentives or disincentives for the quality and purchase of the COVID-19 
vaccination. For information on the conditions of use for Comirnaty (Pfizer), please refer to the
