Excel ent thanks for digging that out Fleur. I think an important thing to note in this context is that the work we did
in Titahi Bay some years ago to define the MHWS was in relation to a Titahi Bay beach management plan that was
being developed by PCC Parks and in conjunction with GW. As I state in the evidence, this delineation was not
included in the plan because it was surveyed about 8-9 years ago.

Here’s Iain’s evidence for the PNRP hearing referenced in Mr Warburton’s presentation. It is entirely consistent with
what we have both said to the Hearing Panel and potential y could be provided to them in ful ? (it’s only 4 pages) I
can’t recal in what context Mr Warburton was referencing it but I’m not sure it helps their case.
