1. Vaccine Certificate
2. Business Border Exemption document”
As you were advised on 8 December 2021, part 2 of your request regarding the Business
Border Exemption document has been transferred to the Ministry of Business, Innovation and
Employment (MBIE) under section 14(b)(ii) of the Act. You can expect a response from MBIE in
due course.
Regarding Vaccine certificates, the QR code contains first names, surnames and date of birth.
