subsequently transferred to us on 9 December 2021 requesting the following information under the 
Official Information Act from West Coast DHB. Specifically:   
1.  Please provide Guidelines/Procedures for the management of postoperative Urinary Retention 
(POUR)” 
2.  Please provide Guidelines/procedure for the management/prevention of persistent Postsurgical 
Pain” 
3.  Please provide Guidelines/procedure in the treatment of patients after a suicide attempt and/or 
suicidal ideation” 
4.  Please provide Guidelines/procedure differentiating subtypes of primary (idiopathic) constipation”
